He was predeceased by: his mother Janell Golden Shields; and his daughter Dawn. He is survived by: his daughters, Mandy Bennett and Heather Nuncio; and his siblings, Gary Shields, Linda Cooper, Tina McLemore, Cheryl Tracy and Tammie Rollins.
