He was predeceased by: his parents, Clinton Lee Blair and Wilma Wallace Blair; his wife Roberta Blair; and his daughter Cora Lee Blair. He is survived by: his siblings, Bert Blair (Juanita), Kenneth Blair (Carla) and Sister Carolyn "Kay" Blair. He is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews and great nieces & nephews.
