He is survived by: his wife Melissa Martinez of Carlsbad, NM; his children, Maricela Mendoza of California, Lorena Salinas (Jesus) of Artesia, NM, Araceli Mendoza of California, Joseph Follette of Carlsbad, NM and Ezekiel Mendoza-Gransden of California; his siblings, John McLellan (Nancy) of Texas, Joyce McLellan (Brian Grimes) and Jeannie McLellan of California; and his nephews, Evan, Ricky and Willian. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
