He is survived by: his children, Loren, Israel, Victoria Tong (Lewis) of McKinney, TX and Vanessa Enriguez (John) of San Antonio, TX; his grandchildren, Scarlett Tong and Kai Tong; his siblings, Nerixsa Roberson (Roosevelt) of Columbia, SC, Elizabeth Figueroa of Bemidji, MN and Edwin Figueroa (Maria) of Albuquerque, NM; and his former wife Elsa Franco of Carlsbad, NM.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
