She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Whitney Armstrong and Dorotha S Armstrong (Sparks); and her husband James Tomy McKinney. She is survived by: her sons, James "Kayo" McKinney (Debbie McKinney) and Stacy Alan; and her granddaughters, Teresa D McKinney and Katherine G McKinney (Hedrick). She is also survived by six grandchildren, three great great grand children.
