She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Angelo Valdez; her stepson Gavin Valdez; her parents, Mike Carrasco and Elena Carrasco; her siblings, Michael Carrasco (Elizabeth Fuentes), Kimberly Carrasco (Richard Lopez), Dusty Carrasco and Jennifer; her nieces and nephews, Celica, Austin Hernandez, JazzMariah, Mikie, Jace and Hunter Carrasco; and her grandparents, Jesus "Chuey" Carrasco, Adan and Manuela Hernandez.
