He was predeceased by: his parents, Nerio Ramos Olivas and Cruz Sotelo Olivas. He is survived by: his wife Vicky Olivas of Carlsbad, NM; his children, Mary Helen Olivas of Carlsbad, NM, Cynthia Galindo (Gamaliel) of Carlsbad, NM, Janet Galindo (Isaac) of Carlsbad, NM, Emmanuel Olivas of Carlsbad, NM and Nathaniel Olivas of Carlsbad, NM; and his siblings, Adolfo Olivas Sr., Leonor Fuentes, Juan Olivas, Yolanda Duenez, Mario Olivas, Ralph Olivas, Robert Olivas and Marisela Arredondo. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
