Gretchen Villers Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 11, 2025, at the age of 89, Gretchen Villers of Carlsbad, New Mexico passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Kent Schwebs and Bernice Schwebs (Mortensen); her husband Roy Villers; and her brother Kurt Schwebs. She is survived by: her sister Karen Vaughn (Richard Vaughn); her children, Brian Robert Becker of Carlsbad, NM, Ellen Louise Monk (Florida), Bradley Ken Becker (Pennsylvania) and Elizabeth Anne LaBreque; her son-in-law Neil LaBreque of Carlsbad, NM; her grandsons, Lindsay Austen Woodward, Tyler Grey Jackson and Taylor Francis Monk; and her stepgrandchildren, Sarah White, Rachel White, Cory Villers and Ian Villers.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the CARC Center in her memory.
