He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Refugia Acosta Martinez; his significant other Adelina Duran Box; his children, Moises Duran (Sophia), Gerald Duran (Jen), Edy Duran and Tahj Duran; his father Luis Sanchez, Sr.; and his sisters, Carmen Sanchez, Liza Sanchez and Armida Lopez. He was also cherished by 8 grandchildren.
