He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Smith and Yvonne Smith (Anglin). He is survived by: his daughters, Jeanine Otley (Michael) of Carlsbad, NM, June Hardison (Chad) of Hobbs, NM, Janet Evans (Jordan) of Jackson, AL and Joyce Sowards (Jesse) of Las Cruces, NM; and his siblings, Gary Smith (Jill) of Mountainair, NM, Gale Smith (Doreen) of Kirtland, NM and Anita Granger (Warren) of Mountainair, NM. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
