With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Garry Bannister (Carlsbad, New Mexico), born in Cheyenne, Oklahoma, who passed away on August 2, 2020 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Tillman A. Bannister and Veta Mae Bannister (Vick); his wife Mary Ann Kirkes; his brother Adron Vick Bannister; and his grandsons, Colton and Tristan Burden.
He is survived by: his grandson Garry; his children, Garry "Michael" Bannister (Celeste) of Las Cruces, NM, Jody Bannister (Rhonda) of Page, AZ, Todd Bannister (Darla) and Dayna Bannister of Carlsbad; and his sister-in-law Janelle White of Carlsbad. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
