He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred D. Washington, Sr. and Lucille Washington, (Grays); his brother H. L. Freeman; his nephew Kelvin Lee; and his great-nephew Christopher Lee.
He is survived by: his brother Tony Washington (Joyce) of Carlsbad; his daughters, Jetan Washington of Hilo, HI, Barbara Washington of Orlando, FL and Raquel Buris of Dallas, TX; and his nieces and nephews, Linda Freeman of Ft. Worth, TX, Patricia Lee of Haywood, CA, Floyd Lee and Anthony Washington of Carlsbad. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
