We are sad to announce that on March 15, 2021, at the age of 78, Frances Diana Watkins of Carlsbad, New Mexico, born in Clovis, New Mexico passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Allen Watkins. She is survived by: her daughter Frances Lynn Watkins; her granddaughter Frances Nychol Bennett; her great grandchildren, Stephanie and Riley; and her siblings, Peggy Mendenhall, Janet Castor, Jill (Ken Harris) and Keith (Ann Lawrence).

“We spent some very special times together growing up. . Being first cousins, when we did get to see each other either in Carlsbad or Ft Sumner it was a blast. Diana was a little older than me but she was special because she always had time for me growing up. Not that many years ago when she had moved to Clovis to work there I got to spend more time with her. She loved my brother and I and we loved her. She had the best smile ever and her laugh would do any heart good.”
