She was predeceased by: her parents, Julian P. Montoya and Pablita Montoya (Torrez); her husband Jose Arrenivas Aguilar; and her siblings, Elias Montoya, Juanita Pelaiz, Feliz Lara, Josephina Aguilar, Ginoveva Montoya, Martha Gomez Hale and Wanda Barron.
She is survived by: her sons, Manuel Aguilar of Carlsbad, Joe Aguilar, Jr. (Adelina) of Carlsbad and Julian Aguilar (Sally) of Carlsbad; and her brother David Montoya (Carmen) of Carlsbad. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
