He was predeceased by: his parents, Tomas Carrasco Luna and Dolores Quiroz Luna; his parents-in-law, Cecil and Mildred Bailey; his sisters, Julia Molinar (Joe) and Luisa Hernandez (Tony); his siblings-in-law, Donna Luna, George Vasquez, Charles Newger and Leonard Hulse; and his grandson Eric Luna.

He is survived by: his former wife Phyllis Bailey; his daughter Terri Sue Luna; his siblings, Armando Luna of Carlsbad, NM, Tomas Luna of Whittier, CA, Luz Vasquez of Ruidoso, NM, Avelina "Lena" Newger of Florida and Phyllis Luna; his sister-in-law Karen Hulse; his grandson Jason Luna; and his great grandchildren, Kristion, Deric, Douglas, Aiden Luna and Annika Luna. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
