He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivy Lee and Pearl Magby; and his son Shane. He is survived by: his daughters, LaVerne (David Maley) of Carlsbad and Larea (Todd Seevers) of Helendale, CA.; his wife Joy Magby; his sons, Justin Magby (Kathy) of Paden, Oklahoma, Roland Magby of Carlsbad and Brad Magby (Leslie) of Bakersfield, CA; and his grandchildren, Wes Magby (Jolene), Jason Maley (Cate), Kristy Ross (Michael), Jeff Maley (Kristy), Allen Magby (Sam), Jake Magby (Melanie), Jill Rueter (Ryan), Jordan Seevers (Amanda) and Shelbi Hoiten (Scott). He is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren.
