He is survived by: his wife Connie Diggs; his children, Earl Diggs, Jr., Llewis Diggs (Susan), Nancy Rios (Ernesto) and Suzanne Diggs; his grandchildren, Earl, III, Kathleen, Robin, Alexandria (Patrick), Andres, Anastasia (Steven), Kate and Natalie; his great grandchildren, Gabriella, Jonathan, Julia, Kimberly and Miles; his great great grandchild Theo; and his siblings, Sandra and Tom. He is also survived by numerous in-laws, nieces and nephews.
