He was predeceased by: his parents, Leola Gilmore and Lonnie Gremillion; his stepmother Irma Gremillion; and his brothers, Dickie J. Means, Troy Lee Gilmore, James Miller, Ray Miller and Robert Miller.
He is survived by: his children, Michael S. Gremillion and Kim Smith; and his siblings, Colleen Elderfield, Irma Phillips and John Gilmore. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
