She was predeceased by: her parents, B. C. Dennis and Onie Dennis; her daughter Debra Ann King; and her brother V. B. Dennis. She is survived by: her husband Bill Owens of Carlsbad, NM; her children, Robert Owens (Terri) of Carlsbad, NM and Carolyn Nance (Bobby) of Carlsbad, NM; her grandchildren, Chris Owens, Stacy Owens, Leighanne Wright and Chad Nance; and her sister Betty L. Jackson of San Angelo, TX. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In Lieu of flower, the family has asked the memorial contributions be made to the New Mexico Christian Children's Home: 1356 NM 236, Portales, New Mexico 88130.
