He is survived by: his wife Deelona Neighbors of Carlsbad; his daughters, Chelsey Heine (Berry) of Lake Arthur and Megan Duff (Copey) of Carlsbad; his sister Vicki Neighbors of Carlsbad; and his grandchildren, Gunner, Isabella and G. W. Heine.
