It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Debe Wagner (Carlsbad, New Mexico), born in San Bernardino, California, who passed away on January 30, 2019, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Donna Hallman; her son Kyle Wagner; her husband Keith Wagner of Ruidoso, NM; her daughter Angie Wagner of Albuquerque, NM; her father Jim Hallman of Odessa, Texas; her grandchildren, Zane Saiz-Wagner, Nyah Saiz-Wagner and Brooklynn Wagner; her brothers, Dan Hallman of Abilene and Tim Hallman (Daphne) of Frisco; and her nephew Nick Hallman.
