He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Mayfield and Valeria Mayfield (Rich); and his brother Alan Mayfield. He is survived by: his wife Donna; his children, James Mayfield, Monica Loya (Michael), Kimberly Strange (Michael Paddock) and Kelle Sosa (Pito); his grandchildren, Hannah Mayfield, Emilie Mayfield, Justice Loya, Jenna Loya, Klarah, Grace and Sadeigh Sosa; and his sister Brenda Mayfield.
