He is survived by: his brother David Smith; his niece Kristina Blair (Buddy Lee) of Carlsbad, NM; his pet Boy; and also Cathy Bingham Smith of Clinton, UT. He is also survived by Numerous great nieces and nephews, great-great nieces and nephews, and his companion.
