He is survived by: his grandchildren, Jarrad Burkham (Victoria), Chanette Wilson (Brent), Chad Burkham, Lagena Smith-Shipler, Melissa Swagerty (Jason), Robbie Smith, Tara Chapman (Jacob), Patty Carley (Mike), Jerry Smith (Heather) and Cindy Smith. He is also survived by 36 great-grandchildren and 9 great-great grandchildren.
