With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bettie Redden of Carlsbad, New Mexico, who passed away on December 9, 2020 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Mary Funk, Sr.; her husband E. H. Redden, Sr.; her father J. K. Funk, Sr.; and her siblings, James Funk, J. K. Funk, Jr., Fred Funk, Garland Funk, Joan Grassie and Barbara Shelton.
She is survived by: her sister Wanda Whatley; and her children, Terry Redden (Janice) of Carlsbad, NM, Melinda Martin of Midland, TX and Diane Smith of St. Clair, MO. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; twenty great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
