She was predeceased by: her parents, Simon V. Rubio and Irene Rubio (Bernal); her sons, Eloy Martinez and Jamie Martinez; and her siblings, Simon Bodeen Rubio, Catina "Cat" Perez and Amelia Lujan.
She is survived by: her sons, Jason Christopher Martinez and Simon J. Rubio (Sara); her grandchildren, Ashley Martinez, Pedro Trejo, Justine Rubio, Jasmine Rubio, Syann Rubio and Simon G. Rubio; her great grandchildren, Kobe Trejo, Aalyiah Methola, Sebastian Methola, Marley Trejo and Katalinna Trejo; her siblings, Lorenzo Rubio, Diane Baiza of Victor and Frankie Rubio; and her pet Roco. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
