He was predeceased by: his parents, Rachel Fernandez Smith and William Smith; and his nephews, Anthony and Dominic Jr. Smith. He is survived by: his daughter Christy; his grandson Michael; his wife Beverly Crawford; his children, Christine Sienicki (Bill), Michael Smith (Lorretta) of Surprise Arizona and Alan Jr. of Carlsbad; his grandchildren, Danielle, Spencer Sienicki, Skyler, Aidan and Kyia Smith; his stepchildren, Adam Crawford (Shari) and Rachel Crutcher (Joe); and his siblings, Grace Cantrella (Jaimie) of Capitan, Anjeanette Alford (Jack) of Carlsbad, Terry Smith of Carlsbad and Dominic Smith of Carlsbad. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren as well several nephews, nieces and cousins.
