He is survived by: his wife Debrah Stephens of Capitan; his son Joe Bob Stephens (Crystal); his grandchildren, Blake and Gracie; his son Tommy Stephens; his grandchildren, Tommy Lee, Sarina and Trinity; his son Dean Stephens (Brook) of Roswell; and his sister-in-law Amanda Engle (Rod) of Oklahoma. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
