He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Strickland and Jean Strickland; and his siblings, Linda, David and Joe.
He is survived by: his wife Kay; his daughters, Rhonda Cox (Tommy) of Amarillo, TX and Melinda Wilson (Shawn) of Capitan; his grandchildren, Veronica Reeves-Lopez (Joseph), Stephanie Avent (Tyler), Kirsten Wilson, Taylor Miller (Tryston), Blade Wilson, Reeves, Evelyn and Teal; and his sisters, Sue Tramell and Judy Faye Rusk. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
