He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Kuykendall and Eunice Kuykendall. He is survived by: his wife Anna Brewer; his children, Harry Kuykendall (Tommie), Daren Kuykendall, Kaspar Hein, Claire Richburg (Nathan), Krista Adams (Robert), Karla Biggerstaff (Nolan), Kayla Hein and Kindle Bonds (Justin); and his grandchildren, Jaxson Richburg, Koltan Hein, Seth Biggerstaff, Mariah Richburg, Emily Richburg, Audra Richburg and Syra Adams.
