He was predeceased by: his parents, Guadalupe Gurule-Weber and Bernardino Chavez; his stepfather Frank Weber; his brother Jimmy Weber; and his granddaughter Baby Emily Daray Trujillo.
He is survived by: his wife Conferina S. Gurule; his children, Dwayne Gurule, Loretta Gurule and Vivian Trujillo (Benjamin) of Ledoux, NM; his sister Isabel Medina of Canoncito, NM; his stepbrother Robert Chavez (Ginny) of California; his grandchildren, Damian Garcia and Alusha Maes; his niece Gloria Gallegos (Tommy) of Mora, NM; his cousin Dorothy Gurule of Albuquerque, NM; and his siblings-in-law, Bernie Leyba of Farmington, NM, Antonio Garcia (Evelyn) of Colorado Springs, CO, Johnny Maldonado (Theresa) of La Junta, CO, Edward Maldonado of Greely, CO, Teddy Maldonado, Guadalupe Torres (John) of Greely, CO and Marie Maldonado (Julian) of Greely, CO. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many friends.
