He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Pointer Sr. and Marie; his daughter Susan Pointer; and his brother Craig Pointer. He is survived by: his wife Julie Haynes Pointer; his stepdaughter Amanda Haynes; and his siblings, Donna Briskie, Patricia Gessner and Darrell Pointer.
