He is survived by: his parents, Easter Hall-Warschauer and Rayce Hall (Pat); his siblings, Patrica Davis (Rick) of Tennessee, Roger Hall (Sue) of North Carolina, Susan Pisano of Arizona, Denise Laughery of California and Jill Warschauer of Tennessee; his close friend Phillip Wilson; and his caregivers, John, Zadine and Zaryah. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and many great friends.
