He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Rivera and Romola Rivera; and his siblings, Manuel, Nicholas, Valentin, Joe Rivera, Julia Padilla, Annie Padilla, Maggie Reynolds and Mary Chavez.
He is survived by: his children, Frank Jr., Raymond "Tony" Rivera (Robin) and Lori Rivera; his grandchildren, Eric, Gracie and Charlie; his great grandchildren, Ana Liyah and A'maree; and his sister Petra Freeze. He is also survived by many loving cousins, nieces, and nephews.
