It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Intha Nell Cox in Bosque Farms, New Mexico, who passed away on January 15, 2025, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. As we bid Intha farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Intha is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Burl Bone and Rhoda Bone; her son Burl H Mary Ann; and her siblings, Alyne, Ila Rea, Wilber and Henry.
She is survived by: her husband James L. Cox; and her sons, Rick (Rick) and Jimmy Cox (Jimmy). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren and 4 great, great grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Sunset Memorial Park (924 Menaul Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87107). A reception was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (1635 Bosque Farms Blvd, Bosque Farms, NM 87068).
