He was predeceased by: his siblings, Keith, Gail, Boyd, Doris, Lois and Dixie; and his parents, Irvin Stanfield and Thressa Morris Stanfield.
He is survived by: his daughter Denise Garcia (Martin); his grandchildren, Estevan, Adan Garcia and Avila Dear (Kyle); his great grandchildren, Remi, Rhett and Tatum Dear; and his sister Sandra Wiley (Les).
