He was predeceased by: his parents, William Fred Rice and Caroline Meaghers Rice; and his son Thomas Matthew Rice. He is survived by: his wife Melanie Mowrer Rice; his daughter Alexandrea Crawford Rodriquez; his grandchildren, Samuel, Jasmine, Sophia and Vincent; and also Jeremy Crawford.
