It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Phillip Otis Hawkins of Bloomfield, New Mexico, born in Blanding, Utah, who passed away on October 1, 2021, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Veloy Helquist; and his parents, Lawrence Hawkins and Laura Hawkins. He is survived by: his children, Terry (Kathy), Shauna (Ron Apple), Gary (Bonnie), Jeff, John (Louise), Sue (Tom Hill), Sharon, Dennis (Nancy), Debra (Ron Barney) and Phylis (Andy Sanchez). He is also survived by 35 Grandchildren, 95 Great-Grandchildren, and 36 Great-Great Grandchildren.
