Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Olivia Jade Perkins (Bloomfield, New Mexico), who passed away at the age of 24, on October 5, 2018. She is survived by: her son Ryder James; her significant other Geoff Bergin; her daughter Melody Rose Goodwin of Bloomfield; her parents, Rhonda Perkins and Roger Perkins of Bloomfield; her sister Candace Perkins of Bloomfield; and her grandparents, Dan Nichols, Zona Nichols of Farmington and Patricia Perkins of Bloomfield. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Services will be held at 2:00 pm, Saturday October 20, 2018 at Crossroads Community Church, 2400 N. Butler Ave., Farmington NM. ln lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Olivia's name to ohcaat.org or donations of pet food, blankets, etc. can be given.
