He was predeceased by: his parents, Harley Baysinger and Mildred Baysinger; and his sister Harlene Baysinger. He is survived by: his wife Patsy Baysinger; his children, Darren Baysinger (Kristi) and Yvette Charley (Mike); his siblings, Bill Baysinger (Sharon), Claude Baysinger (Margaret), Jim Baysinger, Kay Wootten and Cork Bissel (Brad); and his grandchildren, Brendon Charley and Shaylee Charley.
