He was predeceased by: his parents, Filemon Romero and Tiva Martinez; and his brother Robert Romero. He is survived by: his wife Lucy Romero; his children, Yvonne Garrison (Jess), Joey Romero (Sylvia Ortega), Sean Romero (Becky) and Troy Romero (Denise); and his siblings, Phil Romero (Ruth), Raymond Romero, Dora Romero, Libby Hergert (Mark), Gloria Wurzbach (Jim), Peggy Romero and Anna Romero (Dennis). He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
