He was predeceased by: his parents, Neil Allison and Alice Allison. He is survived by: his wife Shanna Allison; his children, Mark, Christopher, Billy and Michelle Kafka; his sisters, Sue Schobert and Nancy Renneke; his grandchildren, Jessica, McKenna, Clinton, Martin, Caelan, Cady, Aria and Charlie; and his friend Wayne Mietty.
