He was predeceased by: his mother Loriene Phelps; his brother Steven Phelps; and his grandparents, Henry, Bessie Phelps, Loran and Pearl Day.
He is survived by: his father Raymond Phelps; his wife Terrie Phelps; his daughters, Synica Pohl (Brian) and ReAnna Phelps; his sisters, Terry Chavez and Katrina Martinez (Marce); and his grandchildren, Elijah, Mason Pohl, Miranda, Nathaniel, Samuel and Nicholas Urbina.
