It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Darcy Jeanne Rowe (Bloomfield, New Mexico), born in Pueblo, Colorado, who passed away on February 24, 2020, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William H Cook and Lois M Cook of Craig, CO.. She is survived by: her husband Todd E Rowe; her children, Houston Kowach (Korinna) of Broussard, LA and Kristen Justice of Albuquerque, NM; her grandchildren, Shyla, Christian, Jerren, Xavier and Sophia; her stepsons, Austin and Tyler Rowe of Arkansas City, KS; and her siblings, Lila Fairchild of Kirtland, NM and Ben Cook of Craig, CO. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
