He was predeceased by: his wife Elsie Perez; his parents, Vicente Perez and Irenea Perez; and his grandchildren, Eliana Perez and Sebastian Ibanez.
He is survived by: his children, H. Glenn Perez (Charlotte), George Perez (Karen), Leonard Perez (Victoria) and Matthew Perez (Laura). He is also survived by his thirteen grandchildren and nineteen great grandchildren.
