He was predeceased by: his father James S. Gallant; his sister Debra Babbs; his niece Michelle Thibodeau; his brother-in-law Joseph Thibodeau; his nephew Joseph Thibodeau Jr.; his brother-in-law Terry Conger; and his mother Mary Anne Emerson Gallant.
He is survived by: his wife Sarah Lynn Gallant of Bernalillo; his children, Jaime Watson (Keith Watson) of Albuquerque, David L. Gallant of Dayton, Justin Gallant (Jenny Gallant) of Rio Rancho, Raymond Schall (Alexia Courtois) of Bernalillo, Adam Schall of Bernalillo, Kendra Schall of Chesapeake, Virginia and Kayla Holt (Anthony Holt) of Shreveport, Louisiana; his siblings, James V. Gallant of Amarillo, Texas and Barbara Thibodeau of Las Vegas, Nevada; his nieces and nephews, Shawn Thibodeau, Benjamin Thibodeau (Tegan Thibodeau), Michael Thibodeau (Carrie Thibodeau), Mathew Thibodeau (Kristen Thibodeau), Vicki Barron and Brandi Gallant; and his siblings-in-law, Jan Merilatt (Tim Merilatt), Judy Anderson and Thomas Anderson (Jan Anderson). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, and many pets.
Due to COVID-19, A burial and reception will be determined at a later date.
