He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Fitzgerald and Pauline Fitzgerald. He is survived by: his wife Helen; his sons, Carl Fitzgerald (Angie) and Troy Martinez (Jennifer); his stepdaughters, Melissa and Sarah; his grandchildren, Kala, Cage, Tyler, Gino, Matthew, Alyssa and Selena; and his siblings, Donny, Shelby, Orville Jr. and Harvey.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that a donation be made to Fisher House Foundation or another veterans organization.
