It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Salvador Navarrette of Belen, New Mexico, born in Vado, New Mexico, who passed away on October 24, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesus Navarrette and Josefina Valenzuela; his son Salvador Navarrette Jr.; and his brothers, Luis, Gilberto, Manuel and Felipe Navarrette.
He is survived by: his significant other Mary Rita Navarrette; his daughters, Josie Navarrette, Lorraine Cordova, Julie Smith and Janice Vigil; and his siblings, Refugio Navarrette, Carmen Gomez, Elisa Ramirez, Olivia Ramirez and Concepcion Lujan. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews and friends.
