He was predeceased by: his parents, Juan Sanchez and Daisy Sanchez; his grandparents, Antonio F., Marianita Sanchez, Bonifacio and Mary Chavez; and his sister Gail Sanchez.

He is survived by: his children, Sherie Sanchez and Ricoh Sanchez (Rebecca); his siblings, Catherine Walker (Donald Chavez), Yvonne Sanchez, Marilyn Sanchez-Kaneshiro (Robert) and John Sanchez (Denise); and his grandchildren, Lawrence, Angel, Angelo, Heaven, Cruzito, Bella, Grace and Francisco Sanchez. He is also survived by his great-grandchildren.
