He was predeceased by: his parent Billie Hart Butler; and his son Dean Butler. He is survived by: his wife Susie Ellis Butler; his children, Jimmy Butler and Kim Coffey (Max); his grandsons, Trevor Coffey (Alysha), Dillon Coffey (Treena) and Connor Coffey; his great grandchildren, Trevor Jr., Danika, Makayla, Dakota and Merlin Coffey; and his brothers, Bob (Shirley), Jim and Steve Butler (Jan). He is also survived by many nephews, nieces and friends.
